2) We can give you a rough quote over the phone to see if it is in your budget. If it is very specialized, it might take a bit more time to generate the estimate.
3) We come onsite to measure, and discuss all the options and needs to finish the project. Any finish work is figured out ahead of time.
We are 100% upfront and no hidden cost to be revealed later.
4) After signing the estimate/order form, we provide detailed cad drawings of the job of which we make any changes upfront.
5) Once we have a signed agreement and approved cad, we collect the down payment of 50%, and get the project in the que for production which current lead time is about 3 months.
LEAD TIME
Steel entry doors - Typically 3 months to ship, and is expected to install as quickly as possible once they arrive.
Glass interior pivot doors & window walls - Typically 4 weeks to ship, and 2 weeks for glass production. Plan about 8-10 weeks for install.
