All of our exterior doors are custom manufactured to the highest quality standards. Below are the standard specifications of our doors:
- Manufactured with 14 gauged steel, strong welds with minimal bondo
- Doors made 1 1/2", 2", or 3" thick, and even 4" thick.
- Made to receive heavy duty weather stripping & sweeps
- Integrated threshold on every unit which needs to seal.
- Industrial grade paint finish for durability and easy touchup in 8 stunning colors for easy touchup
- Heavy duty barrel hinges for regular hinge doors, and our custom pivot hinge made by our factory for large doors
- Standard Milling for any standard hardware with deadbolt or passage bolt with 2 3/8" or 2 3/4" backset
- Includes Emtek deadbolt and roller catches
- Choose between fixed stationary pulls or Emtek Handle sets
- Fully insulated with high-density polyurethane foam through the whole frame and core of the door and jamb
- Fixed and hinged glass units: 1/4" thick for interior units or 1" thick dual pane insulated glass - see below for glass types
